Prior to joining Axonic, he was a member of the Leveraged Finance group at Morgan Stanley, specializing in the underwriting of non-investment grade bonds and loans for corporate and private equity-backed clients, primarily within the technology sector. Mr. McDonald holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
