Mr. Sitman joined Axonic in 2025 and is responsible for developing and implementing acquisition and asset management activities across Axonic’s commercial real estate debt and equity strategies. Prior to Axonic, he was the co-head of originations and acquisitions at Taconic Capital Advisors where he led acquisitions and asset management for Taconic’s commercial real estate business. He previously was an associate at CPG Real Estate and an analyst on the CMBS B-Piece team at Torchlight Investors. Eric earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
